We’re looking for experienced Senior Authorised Persons for internal and freelancer positions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the duty Senior Authorised Person for the operation and control of HV systems (typically 33–220 kV).
• Prepare, issue, and manage Permits-to-Work (PTW) and Sanctions-for-Test (SFT) in line with project Electrical Safety Rules.
• Supervise and authorise switching operations during commissioning, testing, and maintenance of offshore HV systems.
• Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with statutory regulations, client procedures, and industry standards (e.g., DNO/TSO rules, ENA, IEC).
• Support energisation planning, circuit testing, and fault-finding activities.
• Coordinate with onshore control engineers, cable installation teams, and OEM representatives.
• Maintain accurate records of all electrical activities, switching logs, and operational reports.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to Authorised Persons (APs), Cable Jointers, and Technicians.
• Actively promote a strong safety culture and ensure full compliance with HSE requirements.

Requirements:

• Recognised qualification as a Senior Authorised Person (HV systems up to at least 33 kV; preferably up to 132 kV or higher)
• Full GWO’s (where suitable for offshore works)
