Since 2005, He has led teams on high-voltage and fiber-optic projects across Europe and Russia, overseeing installation, termination, and testing of complex cable systems. He has held roles ranging from Supervisor to Site Manager, managing offshore operations for major wind farm projects including Baltic 2, Merkur, and Northwester 2. Known for combining hands-on technical expertise with effective team leadership, Alex ensures projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
